Top 5 Disney Songs of All-Time! (With a Bonus Extra!)

You see this list all over the internet, but we've decided it's time for us to create one for our own...The Top 5 Disney Songs of All-Time! Included will be our picks for the best songs - they may not be your favorites, but that's okay! If you disagree with one, we'd love to hear which song you'd rather see in the Top 5! Let us know in the comments! Without further ado, we begin with Number 5...

5. Part of Your World - The Little Mermaid
This song makes you feel so many emotions. You're sad for Ariel, you're laughing at her usage of words like, "feet" and "street", and ultimately, just blown away by the vocals on the track. It's an all-around beautiful song and does such a Magical job of exploring the theme of the entire film. If you haven't taken the opportunity to sing along with Ariel in a while, do yourself the favor. It'll put a smile on your face!

4. A Whole New World - Aladdin
After Prince Ali gets off his high-horse at the parade, he gets a real chance to impress Princess Jasmine, and does he ever. Thankfully, we're along for the whole ride, and their duet is nothing short of amazing entertainment. Of all versions of this song, the duets you hear throughout the web, it's the original from the film that really tugs at our heartstrings. It's one of the best duets in any Disney film, and certainly finds its home on the Top 5 list!

3. Can You Feel The Love Tonight - The Lion King
Starting with the solo by Timon, coupled with a duet in the middle with Simba and Nala, and capped off with another Timon and Pumbaa duet, this song is a certified classic. While the message is fairly plain, it's another that embodies the essence of the film beautifully. While my coworkers would argue they're annoyed with the song (I sing it OFTEN at work), they have to agree with this one. It's a wonderful track and absolutely belongs on this list.

2. The Bare Necessities - The Jungle Book (Animated)
One of the funniest songs in the Disney catalog, The Bare Necessities is a true classic. Especially by the time-tested standard of a classic. Find a song that's more fun to sing along with than this delightful tune! Okay, that's not a test, you might have one in mind. But, for us, it embodies everything that Disney's about: Fun, Friends, and Love. Baloo the Bear is a true friend to Mowgli and this song is the perfect example of that.

1. Colors of the Wind - Pocahontas
A heavy tune, for sure, but one that everyone needs to hear. While the entire movie might not be the most beloved by Disney fans, this song is surely at the top of many lists. More importantly, the message within it is so strong, and true, to the lessons we're taught as children. This song won an Oscar, and for good reason: it's remarkably beautiful, powerfully sung, and sends a message about judgment and understanding. Take a moment today to listen to this song; then go about your day with a newfound appreciation for nature and culture.

It's that time of year - Holiday songs are playing in nearly every establishment in America. You can't escape them, but why on Earth would you want to?! Here's an awesome rendition of We Wish You A Merry Christmas from Brian Hull - the premier Disney impressionist! You'll love it!
We hope you enjoyed our list! Let us know if you have others you'd like to see in the comments! Until next week, have a Magical day!

5 Disney Movies That Are Perfect For Thanksgiving!

While the sales and deals are calling your name, and there's a turkey and some mashed potatoes ready to be eaten, it's important to remember one thing: Thanksgiving is really about only one thing - Being Thankful! It's fun to celebrate with friends and family, in part, because you're thankful for having them in your life. And, more importantly, it's a great time to reflect on the people and times in your life that have helped to shape you into the Magical person that you are! Today, we've put together a list of our favorite movies to watch on Thanksgiving, and we'll tell you why! We've also included a bit of a "surprise segment", and we hope you enjoy it! Without further ado, let's dive into the cinema!

© Ebert

Okay, as we've said before, this is a total heave cry movie. But! It is also a feel-good movie, too! It's the kind of story that makes you appreciate the unorthodox relationships in your life. One that makes you smile at the connections between to unlikely friends. And, most of all, one that helps you to feel thankful for those in your life that will look out for you and will be by your side when the going gets tough. Whether it's your pet, a family member, or your best friend, you'll want to give them a big bear hug after you finish Up!

Toy Story

In-line with Up, Toy Story is a feel-good friends story as well! As the first-ever Pixar feature-length film, it's also something we're very thankful for. Imagine where you'd be without the amazing Pixar flicks you've grown to love! For us, it was a giant step in a Magical journey that led us here, to Walt Life, and we couldn't be more thankful for that!

Part of the reason we include this movie on the list is because of the touching family lessons and moments sprinkled throughout the film. The evolution of the relationship between Remy and his father, the relationship between Linguini and his past; they're both such wonderful storylines. However, we had to also include it because it's a food-centric film! If there's one Holiday of the year that it's appropriate to celebrate food, it's the holiday that was first founded on that same principle!

Here's the deal, Aladdin and Genie's relationship might be the best Protagonist/Supporting Character relationship in any Disney movie. You might disagree, but it's certainly a friendship that highlights what it means to care about one another, and that's what Thanksgiving is about! If you're a fan of this film, we highly recommend watching it on this special Holiday! You'll have a newfound appreciation for the wonderful relationships, and it's sure to leave a smile on your face! Make way for Prince Ali!

You absolutely cannot have a "Thanksgiving Movie" list without including Pocahontas. It's not just because of the amazing friendships and family bonds that we see throughout the film, but historically, it fits right in the timeline with the very first Thanksgiving celebration! If you haven't watched it in a while, take the time on Thanksgiving to sit down with the family and enjoy!

We're Thankful For...

Surprise! You didn't think we'd put together a Thanksgiving blog without highlighting what we're thankful for, did you? Here at Walt Life, we're thankful for a lot, for Disney, for Pixar (as we already mentioned), but most of all: We're thankful for our Walt Life family! You all have been such a blessing in our lives, and we hope that you feel the same way about your Walt Life boxes! Without the positive, loving, and amazing friends we've made along this journey, who knows where we'd be? We don't! What we do know, though, is that we're lucky, and exceptionally thankful for all of you. We love our Walt Lifer's!

Have a Magical Thanksgiving! Enjoy your time with loved ones, be it family or friends, and make sure to take a moment to think about the things in your life that you're thankful for! It'll make you feel great, and more importantly, it'll strengthen those bonds for a lifetime! Until next week, be safe, and be Magical!

TOY STORY 4! What we know so far...

Well, it's official! We are so excited for the return of Toy Story! How about you?

© Disney Pixar
After seeing the amazing teaser trailer, which we know did not divulge much of anything, here's what we know:

1. There's a new toy friend for us to get to know, Forky! As it appears, Forky is a skittish spork that's got pipe cleaners for arms and googly eyes!

2. John Lasseter, one of the brilliant founding minds of Pixar, wrote the story as a "standalone" adventure to find the missing Bo Peep. Apparently, Bo Peep reminds him a lot of his wife, and he wanted to use her character to tell part of the story of the life of his wife, Nancy. We were really excited to see that since Bo didn't have a role in the previous film! It will be great to see Woody's sheepish grin at Bo again!

3. While the original release date has gone and passed, June of 2017, the new release date is just on the horizon! We can expect to be sitting in the theater on June 21st of 2019 watching the brand new Pixar film!

4. Based on the voices we heard in the trailer, Tom Hanks will be returning, along with many of the other voices like Rex and Slink, however, due to his passing, we will no longer hear Don Rickles as the voice of Mr. Potato Head.

5. A direct quote about the excitement in the studios from John himself, "Toy Story 3 ended Woody and Buzz's story with Andy so perfectly that for a long time, we never even talked about doing another Toy Story movie. But when Andrew, Pete, Lee and I came up with this new idea, I just could not stop thinking about it. It was so exciting to me, I knew we had to make this movie – and I wanted to direct it myself."

We're super-duper excited for this movie, and we cannot wait to see the other trailers as they are released. As it stands, we're on track for quite the year of movies in 2019!

Until next week, hope you're all having a Magical day! Talk soon!

What about the food? | Disney Dining Plan Info

A hot topic of discussion while on vacation is always, "What are we going to do about food?" For some of us, it's easy to go-with-the-flow and eat when you're hungry, and for others, a plan needs to be in place. However, when you're at Disney World, it can be tough to manage your time for eating and enjoying the Parks. While your food can certainly be a part of the attraction of a Parks visit, you certainly don't want to leave your vacation feeling like you didn't eat enough, or like you ate a lot of food that you shouldn't have purely out of convenience. Today, we're going to familiarize you with the Disney Dining Plans and how they work so you can make your choices about food a little easier!

Here's the deal, from the jump, you need to book your vacation through Disney in order to purchase a Dining Plan. That's a requirement laid out by Disney. So, if you think you'd be interested in taking advantage of the myriad of features provided by Disney through their vacation packages, you'll definitely want to consider the Dining Plans.

Tea from Disney World - An eligible Snack on any Plan!
There are 3 Tiers to the Dining Plans: the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, the Disney Dining Plan, and the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. Each tier features a set of passes for each guest to be used at specific dining locations around the Parks and includes drink passes for both Adults 21+ and kids as well. All of the following information is available at the Disney website as well, so if you need further clarification on anything, you'll be able to find your answer there! Without further ado!

The Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan features:

  • 2 Quick-Service Meals
  • 2 Snacks
Quick-Service meals are available throughout the Parks and other Disney World locations like Disney Springs and all of the Disney Resort locations. Often, they carry a designation of "Fast Casual", "Counter Service", "Mobile Orders", and "Food Truck", but the easiest way to determine which options are available on your plan is to search using the My Disney Experience app! A Quick-Service meal includes an Entree and Beverage.

You are also allowed 2 Snacks which can be purchased at Quick-Service restaurants, Outdoor Carts, and certain merchandise locations. Eligible Snacks include a pretty wide variety of options, including popcorn, ice cream, fruit, or a bag of snackable morsels!

The Disney Dining Plan features:
  • 1 Quick-Service Meal
  • 1 Table-Service Meal
  • 2 Snacks
Dining Plan Quick-Service meals are the same as those on the Quick-Service Plan, and the Snacks are the exact same as well. However, with the addition of a Table-Service meal, you're also eligible for a dessert treat at Lunch or Dinner! In addition, you may also select a "Full-Buffet" option in the place of a Table-Service meal.

The Deluxe Dining Plan features:
  • 3 Meals
  • 2 Snacks
Here's where things get a tad tricky. Meals are different, in this case, than a Quick-Service Meal or a Table-Service Meal, in that there is an additional option included in this plan. However, the additional option requires that you use multiple Meal passes for a single meal at specific specialty locations. Those locations might include Character restaurants, Signature Dining, or things like Private In-Room dining and Dinner Shows. If you choose not to eat at any of the specialty locations, you can instead choose to use all three of your passes for individual meals at either Quick-Service locations or at Table-Service restaurants as well!

Well, there ya have it! The rundown of the Disney Dining Plans is complete! If you have questions, check out the Disney website for more information! Stay Magical!

Our 5 Favorite Disney Halloween Movies!

We've already been celebrating the season, as you already know, but one of the best parts about Halloween is something we haven't even covered yet: Movies! While there are scary movies and thrillers all over the place, our favorite Halloween flicks are still the classics by Disney! Today, we'll cover our Top 5 favorites!

5. Haunted Mansion - Okay, so it wasn't exactly a hit with the critics (Rotten Tomatoes Critic Score is 13%...), but this movie was not made for the critics! It was made for the kids. And families. And darnit, if we don't just love it so much! It's a visually captivating set, thanks to Oscar-winner John Myhre, and honestly, we love Eddie Murphy. If you haven't seen it before, watch it with your kiddos this Halloween! *WARNING* This is a PG Rated film for frightening images and some language that may not be appropriate for small children.

4. Maleficent - While not exactly a Halloween movie, at all, it is still a movie about one of the most iconic Villains in Disney history. Since Halloween is pretty much Christmas for Villains, we felt it fit on this list. Especially since we like to watch it on Halloween! Watch Angelina Jolie star in the backstory behind the classic Disney treasure: Sleeping Beauty and you'll be sure to enjoy! *WARNING* This is a PG Rated film for frightening images that may not be appropriate for small children.

3. The Nightmare Before Christmas - The pinnacle of stop-motion animation, The Nightmare Before Christmas is such a magical, visually-stunning, masterpiece that it has officially become one of the only movies that fits into two Holiday categories! Jack and the rest of the Holloweentown residents make for such a great script, and Danny Elfman absolutely nailed the score and song lyrics. With a unanimously positive response from audience members and critics alike, you'd be missing out if you don't watch The Nightmare Before Christmas in the upcoming holiday season!

2. Hocus Pocus - Here's the deal, while critics don't seem to like it, we would like to respectfully disagree. A lot. This movie is so much fun. Honestly, I don't know one Disney fan that isn't a fan of the Sanderson sisters and their ridiculous antics! This fun twist on an old story is the perfect movie to watch on the spooky Holiday, and Disney agrees! You'll find it playing on multiple different Disney-owned networks every-single Halloween!

1. Coco - Surprised? Maybe. It isn't a Halloween movie, after all. However, this Dia de los Muertos-themed animated movie is another instant-classic from Pixar. If you haven't seen it, stop what you're doing and watch it. If you have seen it, however, stop what you're doing and watch it again! I cried A LOT while watching this movie, mostly because I'm just a sucker for heartfelt movies, but seriously, this movie hits ya right in the feels every single time. I think, if I had to choose a movie to watch every day for the rest of my life, Coco would be in the discussion. Watch it this Halloween for a great family-bonding moment. You'll be so happy you did!

That's it for our list! Did we miss any? Did you think we got one wrong? Let us know in the comments! Until next week, Stay Magical! We'll see you soon!

How to Set Up Fast Passes

Fast Pass Guide

So, you've got a Disney Vacation on the calendar? Yay! You're going to have a Magical time! That is, as long as you're prepared! Rather than sit in the long lines in the hot sun all day long, avoid the lines and make the most out of your Disney experience with Fast Passes+! In today's blog, we'll cover exactly how to get the best out of your Fast Passes+ and make your vacation the most Magical one you've ever taken!

Starting with Fast Passes+ is easy to do - all you need to do is use the My Disney Experience App or Disney's website to plan the rides you'll be taking throughout the day! You are able to sign up for a Fast Pass+ at up to three rides at a time, so after you've redeemed one Fast Pass+, you can just get signed up for another one! Making sure you stay on top of your Fast Passes+ can help you to maximize the amount of time you actually spend on the rides, and you can use the time in-between passes to explore the Park, eat delicious snacks, and take pictures with your favorite Characters! One really important thing about Fast Passes+ is the Tier system. While Disney doesn't display this information readily available on their website, once you start signing up for Fast Passes+ you'll see that certain rides are only eligible for signup one-at-a-time, and others have unlimited availability. Before we go any further, we'll go over the Tier system for each of the 4 Parks at Disney World, so you have that information at your disposal before you get started.

Epcot has five Tier 1 attractions that you can sign up for a Fast Pass+ for. As with all of the other Parks, you are allowed to sign up for one Tier 1 attraction at a time, so make sure to make your selections and be prepared to sign up for another Tier 1 Fast Pass+ as soon as you've redeemed the first!

If you'd like to see a written list, you can read all of the Tiers for each of the Parks below.

Here is a list of the Tier 1 attractions at Epcot:
  1. Frozen Ever After
  2. Test Track
  3. Soarin'

Browse our list of the Top 5 Disney Princess costumes as created by some of Pinterest's most creative users!

1. Snow White - ColorMeCourtney

Brought to us by a true veteran of Disney get-up, ColorMeCourtney has the perfect DIY style for Snow White. From the bright yellow skirt to the red bow on top, she has absolutely nailed it! All you'll need for this costume is a blue short-sleeved top, yellow skirt, white collared shirt with short sleeves (or sleeveless), a red bow, red heels, and, of course, an apple!

2. Mulan - WorldCosplay

This next costume comes to us from WorldCosplay and is a wonderful recreation of Mulan in her training uniform! It's super easy to make, fits the character, and best of all, it's actually comfortable! All you'll need is some grey leggings, long knee-high white socks, black flats, a mint-green robe, some darker green fabric (for the belt and holding up your bun), and finally, a wooden walking stick, which you can purchase at a hardware store, or honestly, take from a rake in your garage!
3. Ariel - Instagram @Fiona2906

While a full-blown Ariel as a mermaid costume would most certainly steal the show, it would also probably make you colder than you're comfortable with in late October. Unless you're somewhere warm enough, you can always opt for the walking version of Ariel! This adorable rendition from @Fiona2906 on Instagram is just about perfect! Simply find a long-sleeved body suit in either white or light blue and pair it with a black tube top or vest. From there, add the finishing touch of the aqua skirt, and a big blue bow for your hair and you're all set!
4. Cinderella - Brit + Co.

Rather than spend the time, and money, on creating a blue ball gown and shimmering heels, you can always choose to go with the outfit Cinderella wears throughout the rest of the movie! After all, it's warmer, more comfortable, and costs a lot less! All you'll need for this outfit is a light blue long-sleeved shirt, a black tank top for over top of that, a long brown skirt, and a white apron for clothing. For accessories, black flats and a broom are all you'll need! Bippity Boppity Boo!
5. Belle - Merrick's Art

As with other costumes before this one, we're going the easy-and-inexpensive route with this Belle costume! Created by the folks over at Merrick's Art, this Belle costume absolutely nails the fine details! All you'll need for this is a blue dress, some blue ribbon for the elbows, a white collared shirt, a blue bow, black heels, a white half-apron, and a few books!

DIY Disney Foods for Fall!

We all know what happens when fall comes around, pumpkin spice, sweaters, and scones. However, I would argue there's a more universal theme in the fall: comfort food! Today, we're going to show you some of our favorite DIY Disney recipes from our favorite Disney Fan Chefs, so you can celebrate the season with a stomach full of scrumptious treats!

1. Disneyland’s Apple Pie Caramel Apples - Recipe by FavFamilyRecipes

This is one of our favorite "Fall"-ish DIY foods, and the best part is you can totally make them at home. Here are the recipe and instructions from FavFamilyRecipes:

4 large Granny Smith apples
5-6 c. caramels or appx. 1 bag Kraft Caramel bits
7-8 cinnamon graham crackers or 1 prepared pie crust
1 1/2 lbs. melting chocolates or chocolate chips
cinnamon and sugar to taste (appx 2 Tbsp sugar + 1/8 tsp. cinnamon)
8 large marshmallows optional.. only if you want to make "ears"

Scrub apples and dry with a dishcloth or paper towel. This is to get the wax coating off (if you REALLY want to get the wax off, drop them in boiling water for a few seconds and wipe dry).
Refrigerate apples for a few hours until they are nice and cold.
Melt caramel in the microwave (in a microwave-safe dish) for 30 seconds at a time until caramel is nice and melted or follow directions on package if using the Bits. If you are using un-wrapped caramels you can also put the caramels in a small crock pot on high heat until melted.
Place caramel apple sticks or popsicle sticks into the top of each apple and dip each apple into the caramel until fully coated, rotating the apple as needed. Let excess caramel drip off and then place on wax paper. Refrigerate at least 2-3 hours until caramel is completely cooled onto the apples.
In a food processor, process graham crackers (or pie crust) until well blended. If doing a pie crust, add a little cinnamon and sugar to the mixture. Place in a bowl and set aside.
Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe dish in the microwave until chocolate is just melted and there are no lumps. Dip each apple in the chocolate and allow chocolate to set up for a few seconds. When chocolate has set a little, roll the bottom half in processed graham cracker crumbs (or crust). Sprinkle entire apple with cinnamon and sugar and set aside.
Optional: Once the chocolate on the apples has set, roll each marshmallow in the chocolate and place on the apples to make "ears". Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and hold in place until set.

We absolutely adore this recipe, and it is delicious! They totally nailed it with the marshmallows, and also the "pie crust" on the bottom! Give these a shot with the kiddos, or surprise friends and family with a wonderful treat! They're sure to make for a Magical time!

3. Disneyland's Mickey Mouse Beignets - Recipe by Chef In Training

New Orleans has always been known for their amazing cuisine; gumbo, po'boy, and shrimp creole, to name a few. But, one thing you can never get enough of in New Orleans is beignets! Thankfully, Disneyland agrees, and they've got their own amazing recipe for Mickey Mouse beignets that are sure to satisfy your taste buds. As it turns out, Chef In Training, a notorious Disney DIY foodie, got ahold of the recipe! Here it is with her instructions; you're really going to love them!

½ tsp. dry yeast
¼ cup warm water, (105 degrees F)
¼ cup sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
½ tsp. salt
½ cup heavy cream
1 egg
4 cups All Purpose Flour
½ cup boiling water
vegetable oil for frying
powdered sugar

honey butter

Sprinkle yeast over warm water in a small bowl, stirring to dissolve. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Combine sugar, shortening, salt, heavy cream, egg, flour and boiling water in a large bowl; stir in yeast mixture. With the dough hook attachment of an electric mixer on medium speed, mix the dough just until combined and smooth. Let dough rest for 30 minutes.
Roll to ¼-inch thickness and cut individual beignets with a Mickey Mouse-shaped cutter or cut into 2½ to 3-inch squares. Cover with a towel and let the dough rise until doubled in size in a warm, draft-free area, about 1 to 1½ hours. Heat 3 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F in a deep, heavy pot over medium-high heat. Fry beignets until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes, turning as soon as they brown on one side. Remove with tongs and place on paper towels to drain. Dust warm beignets with powdered sugar and serve immediately. You can also spread some honey butter on them if you would like.

There ya have it! Three delightful recipes for the DIY Disney foodies out there! Celebrate Fall the right way, with a delicious treat in hand and a smile on your face! Until next time, stay magical, and enjoy!

Disney Live-Action Remakes: What Is and Will Be!

Disney's been going all-in on the Live-Action remakes over the last handful of years, but you might remember it's a realm they went into before with titles like 101 Dalmatians! While they've released several in the 2010's, there are promises for even more coming down the production line, and they're something we're very excited for! Check out this comprehensive list of all of the current Live-Action remakes for you to watch, as well as the ones you'll want to put on your calendar! *Keep in mind, we are talking about remakes exclusively here. Christopher Robin, although delightful, is not the remake of another film, as much as we want to include it here! Also, Pete's Dragon was originally a live-action animation-mix, so we didn't feel like it fit here either.

1. 101 Dalmatians (1996) | Original: One Hundred and One Dalmatians

The original One Hundred and One Dalmatians was an instant-classic; definitely a movie I remember watching and loving so much! When the Live-Action remake was released in 1996, I was so excited. I was very little at the time, so it was right around the age that I saw the original. I absolutely loved the remake, but in my opinion, it is not the strongest of the other Live-Action remakes we've been exposed to as of late.

2. Maleficent (2014) | Original: Sleeping Beauty

Okay, we barely get away with including this movie on the list, since it's not a direct remake, but it definitely is a Live-Action "re-look" at an old story! While the original was a fairytale from top to bottom, the remake has a darker feeling and focuses primarily on the antagonist of the original.

3. Cinderella (2015) | Original: Cinderella

Not their most-successful remake to-date, but definitely one that people enjoyed, Cinderella was a Live-Action look at the old, and ever-infamous, story of Cinderella and the ball. It's beautifully done, with so many amazing colors and effects, and I personally feel like they did a great job of capturing the essence of the original film.

4. The Jungle Book (2016) | Original: The Jungle Book

None of the preceding Live-Action movies even came close to the success of The Jungle Book by the public's standards, as this particular remake was so widely loved, it was hard to miss! With some big-name players involved in the cast, there was certainly a bubbling of anticipation, and in my opinion, Jon Favreau and those who were involved absolutely nailed it! To date, it's my favorite Live-Action remake. Hands down. (I'm holding my breath for another upcoming movie, though.)

5. Beauty and the Beast (2017) | Original: Beauty and the Beast

Certainly, the most-successful commercially of all of the remakes, Beauty and the Beast featured another star-studded cast of characters, and an incredible blend of song, dance, and regular acting just like the original! Emma Watson played the beloved Belle, and critics and fans alike have certainly approved of her work. It's a visual masterpiece, and if you haven't seen it yet, you owe yourself the treat.

We're entering the future now...

6. Dumbo (2019) | Original: Dumbo

The first time I saw the trailer for this movie I cried. I'm not lying. I actually cried. Granted, I'm a notoriously emotional person, and I cry all the time. However, this movie just looks like it's going to be so incredible and will have some really powerful messages; just like the original! I cannot wait to see what Disney has in store for us with this one.

7. Aladdin (2019) | Original: Aladdin

Make way for Prince Ali! The original, featuring one of my favorite actors ever (Robin Williams), was on repeat in my house as a kid. I swear, I watched that movie a thousand times. It always makes me so happy, and I won't lie to you, I used to walk around doing the voices in the movie all the time! “Ten thousand years will give you such a crick in the neck!” lol. I loved the original so much. I hope Will Smith and the rest of the cast lives up to expectations!

8. The Lion King (2019) | Original: The Lion King

Remember earlier when I said I was holding my breath...this is what I'm holding it for. If there's a single movie I watched more than Aladdin as a child, it was The Lion King. The dynamic duo of Timmone and Pumbaa was just so funny back then! (...still is if you ask me!) Also, the story (a re-imagining of Hamlet) is done so well, and really taught some important lessons to me. I hope that the new version is the "movie of the generation" like the original was, because they deserve a movie just as fantastic!
